Pizza Dough

Add the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed.

Place the bread pan in the machine.

Select Program #13.

Press the On/Off button.

At the end of the program, turn the machine off and remove the bread pan.

The dough is ready to use.

Ingredients 2.5 lb.

water 1 2/3 cups

olive oil 2 1/2 Tbs.

salt 2 1/2 tsp.

white flour 5 1/3 cups

yeast (active dry, quick-rise or bread machine) 2 1/2 tsp.
